Land Leases

With the largest remaining contiguous industrial lands available in the region, business-friendly ECAP zoning guidelines, and an already-approved Master Stormwater Drainage Plan, PGD is the perfect place to land your business.

Land leases are available with and without runway access for terms up to 49 years and up to 150 acres, depending on availability. Annual lease rates are 8-12% of the land value, negotiable based on the length of the contract and property size. Leases are subject to Fair Market Value increases.

Realtor Commission Program

The Charlotte County Airport Authority will pay a commission on all land leases and building leases to licensed real estate agents who are the procuring cause of a tenant ready, willing and able to perform a transaction at PGD.

Restaurant Services RFP

We are seeking potential Restauranteurs interested in funding, designing and operating a restaurant, bar and catering service in PGD AviEx. Approximately 2,500 square feet of space will be available for an operator of Restaurant Services at the General Aviation Center. We plan to advertise the Request for Proposals in early 2021.
